Doug talks freely about his life-changng journey with Buddha’s fundamental teachings on meditation: anapanasati (mindfulness of the breath) and vipassana (insight).

Doug Solomon is a founder and teacher at the International Meditation Centre in Perth, and a long-time friend of the BSWA. The centre is in the Burmese Theravada tradition of the late Sayagyi U Ba Khin, and is open to all. I'll download as soon as my internet speed recovers in a couple of days.
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.
