The work by SN Goenka contains 115 beautiful images, which I could not find on the web until a friend's friend posted it on facebook:

here are a few samples:
"Lord, I hope the Blessed One has slept in ease."
"Yes, young man. I have slept in ease. Of those in the world who sleep in ease, I am one."
"But cold, lord, is the winter night. The 'Between-the-Eights'[1] is a time of snowfall. Hard is the ground trampled by cattle hooves. Thin is the spread of leaves. Sparse are the leaves in the trees. Thin are your ochre robes. And cold blows the Verambha wind. Yet still the Blessed One says, 'Yes, young man. I have slept in ease. Of those in the world who sleep in ease, I am one.'"

When the Tathagata — worthy & rightly self-awakened — was still just an unawakened bodhisatta, this great earth was his great bed. The Himalayas, king of mountains, was his pillow. His left hand rested in the eastern sea, his right hand in the western sea, and both feet in the southern sea. When the Tathagata — worthy & rightly self-awakened — was still just an unawakened bodhisatta, this was the first great dream that appeared to him.

The Dhamma I know is the Dhamma you know; the Dhamma you know is the Dhamma I know. As I am, so are you; as you are, so am I. Come friend, let us now lead this community together.'
In this way did Alara Kalama, my teacher, place me, his pupil, on the same level with himself and pay me great honor.

Re: Glimpses of the Buddha's life
It would be nice if you could manage to identify the scenes and post a link to the corresponding sutta when it exists (and a quote corresponding to the scene would appreciated).
I tried to to do it, but facebook took me for a stalker and after 20 comments on the same album I got automatically forbidden to post any comment anywhere for some time.
So when it starts asking you to stop, do stop if don't want to have any problem
Maybe we could find a way to publish it here if it's okay copyright-wise?
Thank you
