Has anyone ever met any Thai (tantric) monk whom practise vajrayana in Thailand ?
Yes, I have. I met a senior monk at this temple, we talked for quite a while and he guided me through a technique too.
Not exactly Vajrayana though. Although the technique he taught me was very similar to Vajrayana techniques that I have been taught.

... are not blasphemous, quite the contrary...
No one here said anybody was. I was trying to explain some traditional attitudes and sensitivities in Buddhist majority SE Asia, including Thailand. I hope no one has taken offense.

Had an interesting time tracking down Tantric Theravada teachers in Bangkok.
This seems to be equating "Thailand" with "Theravada". Religion in Thailand is very diverse.
I am not trying to do anything of the sort, I am just using Thailand as an example of a Theravada country. Many of the heterodox practices in Thailand came from Cambodia, which would seem to imply that Cambodian Theravada is not all that orthodox either.
Actually, orthodoxy is generally a (limiting) mental concept that rarely has a basis in reality.
Once a practice is not strictly confined to the literal meaning in English-translated nikaya it will be considered as unorthodox? Bear in mind, many parts were translated by authors that do not directly know what the parent content means.

I gave you a link to a Thai temple with Thai monks in my previous response to you.
NOT Tibetan Vajrayana.
If you go to a Tibetan temple you will, strangely enough, find Tibetan teachers.
