If someone says 99.9% of Buddhism is primitive and false and you ask for clarification, is this a straman? :strawman: :strawman: :strawman: :strawman:

Greetings,

If that is what is actually said, then it can be quoted.

If it is not what is said, then it risks being a misrepresentation. That misrepresentation, foisted upon another, is a strawman argument.
