I am 60 yr old living in london
I visit the london buddhist society and sit with Rinzai sangha
My interest at the moment is in dependant origination and the nature of things.
I have listened to several talks by Bhikku bodhi on these matters which were very helpful.
A book I also find helpful is the four noble truths by Ajahn Sumedo
Anyone want to comment or discuss buddhism or offer any ideas thoughts commentries please reply or contact me

Welcome!
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
