Yesterday, I listened to one of the dhamma-talks Ajahn Brahm gave on a recent retreat. It is also about intention/attitude for meditation. I found it to be very useful. The other talks are recommendable as well.

I listened to a few of his talks about right attitude just before my last retreat (and I'm currently finishing them...) and what he said was really helpful and to the point, with plenty of question-and-answer sessions:
