Thanks Ben, I will try my best ....the knowledge of many members here is quite intimidating.... !

About me: I've just come back from Shwe OO Min meditation center where U Tejaniya Sayadaw is the meditation Teacher, and I felt (and still do) very enthusiastic about his guidance, that's the reason I've put his website on this forum. He is a very sharp and intelligent Teacher and now that I am back to daily life, I can see even more how his approach is beneficial....
