Welcome back! I hope you find what you are looking for here.

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.

Welcome.
(Sorry to hear of so many difficulties -- I think it would great if you could find an experienced live-and-in-person, Buddhist meditation teacher to help guide you -- unless of course you already have one.)

Hi Maxuk,
You are definitely not stupid.
Thank you for your re-introduction.
May the Dhamma be your anchor.

Hello MAXUK, welcome back! I definitely agree with others here that based on your post you're clearly not stupid. Daily Buddhist meditation helps me a ton in my own life and I know it would help you as well, just need to find a good teacher.

Hi MAXUK!

I agree with Ben, you should not feel Stupid at all.
After all, Dhamma is not precisely the easiest thing to learn in the world, but it worths to learn it, even if at a slow pace.
As long as you get the basic idea, finer details will be learned later naturally.

So don't feel bad!

Also, don't struggle too much with getting things 'right'.
Meditation techniques can be a bit hard sometimes, so don't push things beyond your possibilities.

And welcome back, hope you will feel at home, this is a very nice and warm forum.

My best wishes for you. :namaste:
