A rather dismal take on things. With birth comes the possibility of Dhamma practice. Life from a stand point of Dhamma insight is not one of pain and suffering. It is, with Dhamma insight, the letting go of those things that result in suffering and pain.The real scare is the birth.

In my opinion that's not a good introduction to the Dhamma, especially for people with severe depression or other mental health issues.The really scary is not death.
