Hi, there!

Post by Perhin »

Hi, everyone! This is Perhin from Alabama, USA, and I'm a newbie to Buddhism. I chose this path because it seemed to make the most sense to me and because of what now seems selfish(enlightenment over being a Bodhisattva), but either way, it does make me feel...like, I guess, I'm in control of myself. I like that very much. :)

Anyway, I cannot wait to begin talking to you all and to make friends, oh, and to learn! :D

*hugs*

Welcome!
To avoid all evil, to cultivate good, and to cleanse one's mind — this is the teaching of the Buddhas.

Welcome perhin!

:anjali:
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
