Why not look at a university?
Many monastics and lay Buddhists attend universities around the world to study the Dhamma.
Here are some, for starters:
Oxford Centre for Buddhist Studies: http://www.ocbs.org/
Centre for Buddhism Studies at Hamburg University: http://www.buddhismuskunde.uni-hamburg. ... .html?&L=1
Dept. of Pali and Buddhist Studies, University of Peradeniya: http://www.arts.pdn.ac.lk/pali/aboutus.htm
International Theravada Buddhist, University, Yangon, Myanmar: http://atbu.org/node/120
SITAGU Buddhist University, Sagaing, Myanmar
World Buddhist University, Thailand: http://www.worldbuddhistuniversity.com/
And I am sure there are many, many others in the East and West.
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road
Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.
