Post by OneWayOut » Mon Jul 23, 2012 12:45 pm

I'm 21, I'm new to Buddhism. I've been meditating for about 2 to 3 months now.

I'm looking forward to learn from some of you.

To study is to know the texts,
To practice is to know your defilements,
To attain the goal is to know and let go.
