Metta and Mudita

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammāsambuddhassa
Homage to the Exalted One, the Worthy One, free from all mental pollutants, the Perfectly Self-Enligthened One

I recently rediscover this forum and i rejoice to see here fellow Dhamma treaders of the Path from all around the world, striving as much as one can to follow the Buddha's noble teaching. It is very nice to see that. So much suffering in the world and in ourselves..
The forces of adhamma are very strong...
And everyone of us, each time we strive to lit the light of Dhamma in our mind/heart - may it be only a small and tiny candle - participate to strengthen the forces of Dhamma, and build more peace in ourselves and in the world...

Daughter of the Buddha,
Working to free the mind from suffering
Trying my best to claim my genuine inheritance and
Become a true owner of the Sasana

He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that. His reasons may be good, and no one may have been able to refute them.
But if he is equally unable to refute the reasons on the opposite side, if he does not so much as know what they are, he has no ground for preferring either opinion …
He must be able to hear them from persons who actually believe them … he must know them in their most plausible and persuasive form.

Dear Dhamma friends,

Thank you for your greeting.

Monks and nuns are usually more inclined to talk about Dhamma than themselves...
But I understand that you may want to know more about this nun, newly arrived in this forum.

I have been practicing for about 17 years. I was ordained nearly 9 year ago in Burma where I have been staying most of the time - and traveling when necessary.

With much metta
May all beings be free from dangers, happy, healthy. May they be able to take care of the burden of the 5 khanda with joy.
