Greetings,

Here we go...

1. Spray - Children Of A Laser God
2. Carter USM - 30 Something
3. Pet Shop Boys - Very
4. Carter USM - Worry Bomb
5. Carter USM - Post Historic Monsters
6. Pet Shop Boys - Behaviour
7. Pet Shop Boys - Yes
8. EMF - Stigma
9. My Life Story - The Golden Mile
10. Carter USM - A World Without Dave
11. (We Are) Performance - (We Are) Performance
12. Ooberman - Hey, Petrunko!
13. Spray - Living In Neon

Like Davcuts, I would have included New Order's Substance in my list, but I didn't because I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to these lists and don't like including compilations.

Metta,
Retro. :)

I'll also leave compilations out, and live albums as well, so that it doesn't take all night for me to settle on 13. :juggling:

Eh, why 5 or 10? I like 13.

Good list as well, btw.

Substance was the first New Order CD (I first bought it on cassette that's how old I am  ) I ever bought. I forget it's a complitation CD. In that case my 13th pick will be:

Mika - Life In Cartoon Motion

BTW the best compiliation CD ever is ABBA - Gold. I've went through 3 coppies of that CD the past 17 years.

Greetings Davcuts,

Yep, my first purchase of Substance was on twin cassette. Then I bought the CD and I was very happy until I clumsily scratched disc 1 (I dropped it and tried to catch it... I should have just let it fall). Then when it was on special, I bought it again.

That's how good Substance is... I bought it 3 times.

Abba Gold gets a few run throughs in my house... my 5-year old son is an Abba fan, although he doesn't put CDs on quite as much as he did a year or so ago now that he's got his Nintendo DS. He still loves his music though... he was doing some very creative dance moves to the Ting Tings last night before going to bed.
