Hmm. We're getting a bit off-topic, but in my experience actually noticing these things properly and in detail tends to pacify them eventually.

The next best thing to a surgeon installing a button would be to learn about mindfulness and mediatation.....and then to do it.....that is the important part; doing it.....or as michael jorddan might say "just doing it".
