To avoid all evil, to cultivate good, and to cleanse one's mind — this is the teaching of the Buddhas.

南傳上座部佛教是真正的大乘 - Southern transmitted Theravada Buddhism is the true great vehicle.

This clips shows Theravada as traditionally practiced in Yunnan, China.

A true master of knowledge has passed beyond all that is known and become dispassionate towards all vedanās.

From Tusita Hermitage 禅修入门手册 (printing version)

简体版
http://tusitainternational.net/pdf/%e7% ... %86%8c.pdf

繁體版
http://tusitainternational.net/pdf/%e7% ... %86%8c.pdf

There is no English version at the moment. Please take note that this is a printing version. So you will have to print on small papers ( 8” x 6” ), double sided, stack together and staple at the center, then fold into a small booklet. The printing version may look confusing as it is not in sequential order. But after you fold it into a booklet, it will be in sequence.
I google and found a blog that already introducing this handbook. This one is viewing version; can directly save into your smartphone and Bluetooth to your freinds.

Just double click on the page cover image in this site and it can be downloaded.

Just realised that there is English version of this meditation handbook. can be downloaded here:
http://tusitainternational.net/pdf/Medi ... ndbook.pdf

Note: the link for english version is 2nd version, the word meditation and samadhi both have been replaced by "concentration".
I have checked with the original author and the bhikkhu is not aware of the changes.
If you are not comfortable with the word concentration, after download, perhaps you may use some software to change back to the original edition.
Page 5 is meditation
Page 17, 28, 36 is samadhi
Since the author has delivered dhamma talk at one of his retreat that the english translation word samadhi to concentration and focus, non is a good one; and that he is not aware of the update in the 2nd edition, I believe there is no harm to change that back on your own.
If you are OK with the changes, then keep it as it is.

Hi friends, here are the Chinese recordings of Dhammapada:

I'm looking for Chinese recordings of suttas for my mom, who can barely read. Please share your findings here, which would be greatly appreciated.

Metta to all!
