Here's the Pali:"[5] Of those, right view is the forerunner. And how is right view the forerunner? One discerns wrong livelihood as wrong livelihood, and right livelihood as right livelihood. This is one's right view. And what is wrong livelihood? Scheming, persuading, hinting, belittling, & pursuing gain with gain. This is wrong livelihood.
I am curious. How far does the phrase, "Pursuing gain with gain" extend? Is it purely charging interest, taking debts, or investment in general? What about investing in stocks or bitcoin/altcoin? It seems that the broadest interpretation would mean putting money into anything you suspect will appreciate in value, which doesn't seem to be the case in my opinion.Tatra bhikkhave, sammādiṭṭhi pubbaṅgamā hoti.
