Your answer is a bit vague. Can you please clarify?

I've been listening to Ayya Khema lately. She advises to practice insight after (sutta) jhana. She lays out the insights that one can gain in post jhana contemplation, and says that this can actually lead to path and fruit. I presume this makes insight meditation less unpleasant (when it comes to the dhukkha insight knowledges), than they are with dry Vipassana.

Is this basically what you're trying to say, or did I guess wrong?

Might I ask what method you are using? And do you have the support of a sangha?
