Hi folk,
Thanks Paul, SarathW, David, and others (including Bodom, as well) for your support in my practice thus far. I've just concluded a day of contempating mindfulness of feeling tone. I am so distracted that I feel I must put down here the thought of gratitude which I feel for the Buddha, as this particular contemplation, I believe, has significantly impacted my way of being. I think the only corrolary that comes to mind is the "heart-opening" experience which I felt in November of last year, after sustained Metta practice.
Back to the Dharma.
