The Society of Clinical Mindfulness Website (Attn: Ben)

Post by Virgo »

Hello Ben, all,

I know that Ben O., and probably others here, have an interest in scientific research about mindfulness as well as information about its therapeutic uses. This site deals specifically with "clinical mindfulness" (described as "meditation-based approaches to mental health"). It may be of interest to you if you are not already familiar with it. http://clinical-mindfulness.org/

All the best,

Kevin

Thank you for sharing this. I have almost finished my training as teacher of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy / Stress Reduction. This may be a valuable resource.

Thank you Kevin, I appreciate your thoughtfulness in sharing this information.
I will also pass the link on to my wife who shares my interest, but has a professional interest in the field.
