Thanks everyone. It seems like I don't have anything to worry about. I just need to focus on things that make me feel good and grounded for a while.
I think the meditation retreat and whole trip in general opened up for a lot of old feelings and memories I wasn't prepared for. I just need to settle with them and it probably takes a bit of time.
But I feel better now. Thanks again.
