Satipatthana Guided Meditation

Post by DCM »

Hi, I have found a Satipatthana guided meditation by Bhikkhu Analayo on You Tube.

Does anyone know of any more guided ones that closely follow the order of the Sutta please. Thanks.

Any guided Mahasi style Vipassana meditation video.
