mindfulness of breathing

looks like i practice mindfulness of breathing
and mindfulness of body
and regarding noting
only after you breath you discern or note
not before you breath or take a step
only after you did any-kind of action, you remember what action you done.
because i was doing it wrong, noting before.
like for example raising your foot, don't note, before you raise your foot only after.
it is after you raise you foot, you note and eventually let go of noting
and just remember what has just happen, what action you have done by body or breath
if you want to look for confirmation of this
it is in the sutta on mindfulness of breathing
he breathes in long and then discerns (i am breathing in long)noting
it is your decision when to let go of noting and just remember.
