Understanding Panic attack.

Understanding Panic attack. I like to know more about this disorder. I found the following video.

There is a Tibetan lama named "Mingyur Rinpoche" who suffered panic attacks when younger and was able to cure them through meditation. You might want to check out his youtube videos.

Now my question is whether Samatha, Compassion and Vipassana meditation lead to a panic attack?

Goal should be samadhi. Enough time spent in samadhi can cure all kinds of issues.
