In addition to the mental health, another important message from this interview is that even if you become a prince that you are not free from Dukkha.
It is unfortunate Prince Harry does not have any understanding of meditation or Buddha's teaching.

I think Buddha's message is very similar.
We cant change the world or stop war and poverty altogether or to help every person to attain Nibbana.
But as individuals we can make it little better.
