Probably time for a new test soon to review the results.
I changed to coconut oil. I posted my measured results somewhere; here. There has been speculation that some of the saturated fat present in coconut oil may be better for us than other saturated fats, but so far there is not enough good-quality research to provide us with a definitive answer.
My results were exactly as in this video:Results since starting 3 months ago:
1. Lost 5 kg very quickly but have plateaued now (since I haven't weighted this much since I was 16 years old).
2. Total cholesterol up by 3.6% (5.4% above desired scale).
3. Triglycerides (evil) down by 58% (at lower range of desired scale).
4. HDL (good) cholesterol up by 25% (in middle of desired scale).
5. LDL (bad) cholesterol up by 13% (0.8% above desired scale).
6. Total cholesterol to HDL ratio down 18% (most important & good result).
Probably time for a new test soon to review the results.
There is always an official executioner. If you try to take his place, It is like trying to be a master carpenter and cutting wood. If you try to cut wood like a master carpenter, you will only hurt your hand.

There's two types of LDL, only small dense LDL is bad. Large fluffy LDL is neutral. Also cholesterol myth debunked
You need cholesterol, your hormones require cholesterol as a precursor.
and how to properly do time restricted eating

Re: Coconut oil dangers
The negative press started long before it became a darling of the natural health movement, e.g.
That's from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coconut_o ... h_concerns and there are about ten inline references going back to 2009.Health concerns[edit]
Many health organizations advise against the consumption of coconut oil due to its high levels of saturated fat, including the United States Food and Drug Administration,[40] World Health Organization,[41] the United States Department of Health and Human Services,[42] American Dietetic Association,[43] American Heart Association,[44][45] British National Health Service,[46] British Nutrition Foundation,[47][48] and Dietitians of Canada.[49]
Many health claims suggest coconut oil consumption is healthy due to an abundance of medium-chain triglycerides; however, medium-chain triglycerides are responsible for only a small portion (4%) of coconut oil's triglyceride content.[50] Coconut oil contains a large proportion of lauric acid, a saturated fat that raises total blood cholesterol levels by increasing both the amount of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol.[50] Although this may create a more favorable total blood cholesterol profile, this does not exclude the possibility that persistent consumption of coconut oil may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease through other mechanisms, particularly via the marked increase of blood cholesterol induced by lauric acid.[50][51] Because the majority of saturated fat in coconut oil is lauric acid,[51] coconut oil may be preferred over partially hydrogenated vegetable oil when solid fats are used in the diet.[52]
Due to its high content of saturated fat with corresponding high caloric burden, regular use of coconut oil in food preparation may promote weight gain.[48]
