I think many people are interested in books on Vinaya topic, especially monks, so nowadays very famous and popular book on this topic from Thanissaro Bhikkhu - The Buddhist monastic code
https://www.dhammatalks.org/vinaya/bmc/Section0000.html
But unfortunately these two volumes does not cover all questions completely. So I think it's good, that anyone can share other books here, which he knows. For example here next Books:
1) The essentials principles in Vinaya in two volumes (from Myanmar ITBMU university)
I volume

II volume

2) Buddhist canon law (author Ashin Awbartha from Myanmar)

Modern Books about Vinaya
Re: Modern Books about Vinaya
Thank you very much, Bhante.
Here is Ven. Ṭhānissaro Bhikkhu's updated (July 17, 2017) and combined version of the Buddhist Monastic Code I & II—which also has links for much easier navigation:

(in the future, it would be better to search the site instead, for a more recently updated version)
The six volumes of I.B. Horner's The Book of Discipline:

Ajahn Brahmavamso's Vinaya notes (a few decades old—not completely reliable, but occasionally useful):

Buddhist Monk's Discipline by Bhikkhi Khantipālo (introductory essay):

Buddhist Monastic Code Errata, to correct the printed version (can't find the original link, though):
