The teaching of Mankadawala Sudassana Himi.
I have listened to many Dhamma talks given by this monk.
I found his teachings provides a very clear view of Buddha's teaching.
In the following video, he said that Anatta does not mean that there is no person. But what it means is the dependent origination of the five aggregate. He clearly explains what is reborn is not you.
This is very similar to the following discussion we had in this forum.

The temple for this monk is located in Anuradhapura close to historical Bodhi tree.
He got many monks under his training.

Ven. Sudassana argues that complete Tipitaka is required for the final liberation.
