I think 'consciousness ahara' is namarupa (SN 12.63). In consciousness ahara, one should know namarupa.

SN 12.63 appears to say:

1. edible food is ahara for sensual desire

2. contact is ahara for feeling

3. volition is ahara for craving

4. consciousness is ahara for nama-rupa

When physical food is comprehended, passion for the five strings of sensuality is comprehended.

When the nutriment of contact is comprehended, the three feelings [pleasure, pain, neither pleasure nor pain] are comprehended.

When the nutriment of intellectual intention is comprehended, the three forms of craving [for sensuality, for becoming, and for non-becoming] are comprehended.

When the nutriment of consciousness is comprehended, nama & rupa are comprehended.

Ok. I argued in the topic: SN 12.31: Why is the term "nutriment" used ??? the word "nutriment" can be used for any "related condition" in a very broad or general way. Thus, while officially there might be no official or specific teaching about "consciousness having a defined nutriment", it can be said any supportive or related condition for the arising of consciousness (such as nama-rupa or the sense bases) is the nutriment of conscious. This said, I could be wrong.

OK. While the word "nutriment" was not directly found above, it probably counts & can be used in a very general way in these contexts.
