First of all anger often (always?) Is directed toward peoples or living beings.
No, we have anger towards inanimates objects as well.

That's sure..

In regard of kamma, can we say that we feel anger toward ourselves ?

Very much.
This is one of the biggest problems.
You have to learn to kind to yourself before you extend kindness to others.

Well thank you all for your posts. I feel like I have lost knowledge about the eightfold path and four noble truths. I feel like I had an above average understanding of them, and now I just smoke ciggarettes and don't do much and am in pain.

I will try to read that sutta you posted thank you.

Get back to basics.

Don't do bad things, do good things and purify the mind.

That's the noble eightfold path in a nutshell.

Yes and maybe get rid of my bad habits too. I watch porn, smoke ciggarettes, weed, get upset.

I think a retreat is in order.

I think I would rather be a Theravadin Buddhist than Mayahana. I like the 4 Noble Truths.
