Does anyone have some details on how to get rid of Makkha (depreciation of another's worth.) in the theravada canon? Basically, I am looking for pali canonical teachings about Makkha and how to overcome it?
Thank you!

Just for the matter of interest the word Makkha is in a common usage in Sinhalease language.
Which mean to say.
Mocking, fooling around, Wasting time etc.
