Post by khemindas » Fri Jul 19, 2019 3:43 am

Good news, today I have visited https://tipitaka.app/, it turns out that they even did tipitaka in Brahmi script (the first script on which Pali was recorded)

Does that mean translating Tipitaka in to English is a child play now days?

Developer of the tipitaka.app here.
Do let me know if any feature requests.

I am trying to add the sandhi breakup for all the 150,000 unique pali words found in tipitaka, so that when clicking on a pali word the breakup would be displayed and the meanings can be looked up in the dictionaries.

Pretty cool.

Dhamma Wheel (in Brahmi script)

𑀥𑀫𑁆𑀫 w𑀳𑁂𑀏𑀮𑁆

(I assume that says Dhammacakka)

If not, I put in Dhamma cakka and got this:
𑀥𑀫𑁆𑀫 𑀘𑀓𑁆𑀓
