Many thanks!

wreath: dāma

black: kaṇha
black-eyed: kaṇhanetta
eye-brow: bhamu
(I think) eye-browed is: bhamukā

After looking it up again, I see that the kā at the end makes it "the eye-brow" not eye-browed. So I'm not sure how to make bhamu into eye-browed.
