Re: Impermanence in Pali
Number one is correct but since Pali is written in many different scripts you could as well get it written in Burmese, Sinhala, Khmer, Thai, Lao or Roman script.beyondneon wrote:Hi all,

Runes, even, I expect. There's all sorts of potential.
- "And how is it, bhikkhus, that by protecting oneself one protects others? By the pursuit, development, and cultivation of the four establishments of mindfulness. It is in such a way that by protecting oneself one protects others.
"And how is it, bhikkhus, that by protecting others one protects oneself? By patience, harmlessness, goodwill, and sympathy. It is in such a way that by protecting others one protects oneself.

Re: Impermanence in Pali
Greetings,
Consider also that anicca mean impermanent, but aniccata means impermanence.
Also of possible interest:
Pali script for Anicca, Anatta, Dukkha

Metta,

Your first option has an extra vertical bar which makes a hard 'aaaa' sound. There is only a single schwa sound at the end of the word. Same with your seocnd option, an extra vertical bar. Besides that, both are right. The 'half' ch can lie to the left or above
