What is forbidden?

S N Goenka said in one of his speech that everyone in the beginning of existence walk through life with very deep miseary and that the suffering reduces with everyone new attained level of nirvana.
It would be fun if someone can explain more about the laws what one not are allowed to do tel me every law you know.

5 Precepts:

-Abstain from killing living beings
-Abstain from taking what is not given (theft)
-Abstain from sexual misconduct (adultery, sexual exploitation/abuse etc...)
-Abstain from telling lies
-Abstain from using drugs and intoxicating drinks

Nibbana is unconditioned, it doesn't come in "levels".

If you are speaking here of levels of nobility - e.g. stream-winner, once-returner, non-returner, arahant .... then what is actually happening is that with each progression, certain "fetters" are either broken, or attenuated.

Being broken removes their ability to generate suffering. Being attenuated limits their ability to generate suffering.
