Is arahant's mind fixed permanently in the present moment ?
Is Arahantship a Permanent-Synchronization with the time-stream ?
How Abhidhamma describes this?

Arahatship is Akalika (not subject to time)
Generally, time means the change.
Nibbana is unchanging.

I can recall I have raised a similar question in the past.
