The monk said Hitler's rebirth is not based on his past deeds but on his last thought at death. The monk said we can use meditation to stop the earth from spinning & stop gravity. The Muslim said since animals are decreasing & crime is increasing, rebirth as an animal for crime does not make sense.
There is always an official executioner. If you try to take his place, It is like trying to be a master carpenter and cutting wood. If you try to cut wood like a master carpenter, you will only hurt your hand.

It is not easy to teach Kamma and Rebirth to a non-Buddhist when we are not sure of ourself what we are talking about.
Many of us believe Kamma and re-birth on faith, not from our own experience.
This is no difference to believe in God.
Perhaps we should talk about the present life instead of the next life.

16. 'In what has the world originated?' — so said the Yakkha Hemavata, — 'with what is the world intimate? by what is the world afflicted, after having grasped at what?' (167)

17. 'In six the world has originated, O Hemavata,' — so said Bhagavat, — 'with six it is intimate, by six the world is afflicted, after having grasped at six.' (168)

- Hemavatasutta
