As Mingyur Rinpoche is a well known Tibetan Buddhist teacher who went on a "wandering yogi" 4 year retreat in the Himalayas, shouldn't this topic be in the Connections to Other Paths forum?

The description about experience of the meditation or absorption is no different with the sutta if you listen to it .
Also , about practising of letting go of grasping .
