When does one fall in the levels of misery?

Post by villkorkarma » Sat Apr 25, 2015 3:20 pm

S N Goenka said when he was alive that for an example: after the first glimps of nibbana/nirvana one cannot do things that leads to very Deep misery of Life.
And I wonder when does you fall in to misery? Can it be anytime anywhere in Life or is it in the beginning of Life you fall and then you have to keep working on that you didnt finished in your previous Life and begin where you stoped? Or is it something more complicated as I assume.
one suffer because one hasnt existed long : )

Atapi sati sampajano is what Mr. Goenka teaches, continuous awareness of the impermanent nature of mind felt bodily sensations. If we have this we are with wisdom, without this we are in ignorance.
When self-realization occurs parts of the ego are eradicated, the deep suffering associated with these cannot be produced ever again.
Prior to this realization(nibbanic dip) one may from moment to moment find themselves in different lokas, including the lower realms, but (passing through) experiencing the stages of insight one gains the wisdom to never produce these lower vibrations again. One is liberated from this degree of suffering.
Also reaching Bhanga stage can shake up deep miseries to the surface, why the importance to work(atapi sati sampajano) with whatever presents itself.

I think you mean apparently pleasant vibrations. Vibrations are vibrations, ultimately unsatisfactory as they are impermanent, they are all misery(dukkha).

Life is forever unchanging happiness, this cannot be better than before, this simply is.
