Deva sees monks meditating Sutta?

There's a Sutta where a Deva laments
over a bunch of monks in Meditation saying they're doing something so difficult so hard it's so hard.

Then the Buddha explains their resilience to them. I don't remember where in the Samyutta Nikāya it is I'm but I thought it was there but I can't find it. Anyone know which one it is?
