What is Koti Samvara Sila?

What is Koti Samvara Sila?

We hear monks in Sri Lanka talking about one million? (Koti) Samavara Sila.
Anyone could give me the source for this?

I post the same question in Sutta Central.

Hi Sarath,

From what i understand, the monks in training after they have become accomplished in keeping the training rules go above and beyond it by practicing constant mindfulness & vigilance, seeing danger in the slightest fault.

Wish you all success in all your endeavours. Goodbye!

From my knowledge it is the sila ( virtues or desciplines
of a by a buddhist priest) to be obeyed after upasampada of a samanera bikku.
