They understand: ‘It’s impossible for a person accomplished in view to acknowledge another teacher.

‘ṭṭhānametaṃ anavakāso yaṃ diṭṭhisampanno puggalo aññaṃ satthāraṃ uddiseyya, netaṃ ṭhānaṃ vijjatī’ti pajānāti;

But it’s possible for an ordinary person to acknowledge another teacher.

ṭhānañca kho etaṃ vijjati yaṃ puthujjano aññaṃ satthāraṃ uddiseyya, ṭhānametaṃ vijjatī’ti pajānāti.

Does the Arahants whom accomplished in view still acknowledge the Buddha as a teacher ?

It would seem so, given that even arahants are on record as saying:
“Venerable sir, our teachings are rooted in the Blessed One, guided by the Blessed One, have the Blessed One as their resort. It would be good if the Blessed One would explain the meaning of these words. Having heard it from the Blessed One, the bhikkhus will remember it.”
Rūpehi bhikkhave arūpā santatarā.
Arūpehi nirodho santataro ti.

“Bhikkhus, the formless is more peaceful than the form realms.
Cessation is more peaceful than the formless realms.”
(Santatarasutta, Iti 73)

Is there any sutta ever mentioning Dumb person successful in attaining arahant state ?
Dear James, yes, there is the story of Culapanthaka who was said to reborn a dullard due to ridiculing a Bhikkhu in a previous lifetime (in the time of Kassapa Buddha), See: https://what-buddha-said.net/Canon/Sutt ... .story.htm
