Bhikkhus are kind of holy. If a person is actually a Bhikkhu, it is important to have Bhikkhu in the name to devote the ultimate trust to.
Agree.
At least they must disclose that she/he is a Bikkhu before his internet name.

lay people and monks should disclose their Identity. They should own up to what they say. especially those who attack others. They do that because there is no moral shame and no moral fear. That is how it flame and trolling happens.
Is it proper to demand, is such right view? Is it proper for a Bhikkhu to suggest a possible lose of what a householder may be given in his dependency? Btw, who normaly would be informed about someone reading a single reference "b k s u b h u t i" without face?

First of all Nyom knows it well, in regard of having taken upasampadā, and secound "are you a Bhikkhu" is not a proper question.
Nyom would do good when seeking association with his near tradition and elders, also in regard of speech and conduct. Internet at large is not a place to learn but to get lost of good ways. A lable "buddhism, dhamma..." is not something that is good for orientation since there are a lot of fakes and improper suggestions, or perceptions included.
