Is it possible to have a three aggregate only?

Is it possible to have a three aggregate only?
Is it possible to have an aggregate of Rupa, Sankahara, and Vinnana only?
Which means an aggregate without perception and feeling.

Do you mean having an experience without perception and feeling?

What model do you have of the aggregates? Do you see them as building blocks or descriptions of experience?

Dependant origination ( paticca samuppada) explain that we cannot. We go through the 12 nidanas one depending on the other in samsara , in a cycle.
See maha nidana sutta or paticca samuppada vibanga sutta.

Cetasika:
"the Abhidhamma as a rule treats them under the more philosophical 3 aspects: consciousness, mental factors and corporeality (citta, cetasika, rúpa). Thus, of these 3 aspects, the mental factors (cetasika) comprise feeling, perception and the 50 mental formations, altogether 52 mental concomitants. Of these, 25 are lofty qualities (either karmically wholesome or neutral), 14 karmically unwholesome, while 13 are as such karmically neutral, their karmical quality depending on whether they are associated with wholesome, unwholesome or neutral consciousness."---Buddhist Dictionary, Nyanatiloka.
