Greetings ,
The method of Anatta observing
or contemplation is from which sutta ?
And is it possible to observe Anatta directly ,
says one look at the body or any part and
find out the characteristic ?
How does one observe Anatta ?
How does one observe Anatta ?

The way I understand you have to observe all three (Anicca, Dukkha and Anatta) to realise Anatta.

you should try to see inconstancy… constantly
rather than a sudden realization

There is no such 'thing' as anatta. It is not an object so you don't observe it. It is a quality that is present when you stop thinking about everything.

The way I understand this is second Jhana. (absence of Vitakka and Vicara)is a quality that is present when you stop thinking about everything.

My answer was rhetorical. Your thinking is driving you to distraction. There is no 'how'. Period. If that question pops up, you are already misguided.

Observing not self
At Sāvatthī. “Mendicants, when someone from a good family has gone forth out of faith, this is what’s in line with the teachings. They should live observing not-self in form, feeling, perception, choices, and consciousness. … They’re freed from suffering, I say.”
So, your understanding is different .
