Are there any account of Sotapanna reborn as a human when Buddha alive?

Unlikely.
There is always an official executioner. If you try to take his place, It is like trying to be a master carpenter and cutting wood. If you try to cut wood like a master carpenter, you will only hurt your hand.

In every reported case, canonical and commentarial, they were reborn as devas.
Yena yena hi maññanti,
tato taṃ hoti aññathā.

Thanks. Then why we can’t call them Anagami?

It appears Anagamis are born into a different kind of Deva realm.
Perhaps higher than the Deva realm of Sotapanna reborn.
