Participation is free of charge but requires online registration during the period mid February to end of March 2017. https://www.buddhismuskunde.uni-hamburg ... 20171.html

English translation of the the Nibbana sermons by Bhikkhu Katukurunde Ñāṇananda:- pdf download: http://seeingthroughthenet.net/books/
It will be fascinating to have a detailed critical analysis by someone with an enthusiasm for analysing Early Buddhist Texts. Ven Analayo has mentioned visiting Ven Nanananda in some of his previous talks, but I don't recall him saying anything specific about his ideas, beyond describing many hours of discussion.

Mike, I assume that there will be recordings made of these for later release, as there were for the others in the series on Early Buddhism. If so, I will eagerly await their release.

Thanks for posting this. :anjali:

I presume so. However, after working through the three years of MA talks, I did think it would have been interesting to enrol. There is a forum set up during the courses, and although Ven Analayo summarised the main points raised in the discussions, reading the whole conversation would have given more detail.

OK. So this will mean that you will have access to the comments from other participants, even though you may not be able to be present for the live talks, which would likely be the case for me (time differences, work, etc).

Yes, the talks are given live, then the recordings are posted, and I presume discussion continues until the next talk.

Thanks Mike, I have listened to all the recorded talks in the EB series. I highly recommend them to all. I was querying the access to the forum information that is generated during and after the live talks by Ven Analyo. I see now that you would have access to the full discussions if you enroll.
