Most entertaining current Dhamma debate in Sri Lanka in Sinhala language.
Ven Kiribathgoda Nanananda (Mahmeunawa) VS Ven Sri Samanthabadra
This is the most worrying revelation of the practice of Mahameunawa temple and the teaching of Ven Kiribatgoda Nananada.

Re: Dharma Talks or Videos
Some matters raised in the above video.
Ven. Samanthabadra is challenging Ven Nananada to come to an open debate with him.
Instead Ven. Nananada resort to his media to answer Ven Samatabadra’s questions.
When Ven S post his videos in Ven N’s face book Ven. N took action to remove them.
Samanthabadra has raised 100’s of questions it is impossible to list them here.
The basic criticisms are.
Ven Nananada interpret Buddhism in line with his former religion Christianity
Ven N encouraging his followers to keep their goal as heavenly realms
Ven N encouraging his followers to adhere to rites and rituals
Ven N introducing Sri Lankan folk devil rituals to temples
Ven N has translated the Tipitaka inappropriately.
Ven N is operating a Dhamma business and exploiting old women (money)
Ven N restricts his followers from Dhamma investigation. (other traditions and views)
Ven N reject the Abhidhamma Pitaka
In 2008 Ven. N said that the year 2012 is the end of the world. These statements are more in line with Abrahamic religions.
Ven N has distorted the traditional Buddhist symbols such as Buddha’s statue.
According to Ven N, it is not possible to attain Ariya state in this day and age. This is misrepresenting the Buddha’s teaching

Pitiduwe Siridhamma who uses the name Samanthabadra is a con man. He foolishly claims that he is a Lord Buddha.SarathW wrote: ↑Mon Nov 19, 2018 8:17 pm Some matters raised in the above video.

He tries hard to portray himself as a wise person via boasting. Here's a link to an article in Sinhala language that I wrote about two years ago regarding one of his failed dramas where he was stupidly asking a follower to touch him and feel his wisdom.
"පිටිදූවේ සිරිධම්ම පොඩ්ඩාගේ ප්රඥාව පොඩිත්තෙකු විසින් අතින් අල්ලා පරීක්ෂා කරන්න යෑම"
Link to the video which shows that drama:
"Micchādiṭṭhiṃ micchādiṭṭhīti pajānāti. Sammādiṭṭhiṃ sammādiṭṭhīti pajānāti. Sāssa hoti sammādiṭṭhi."

Re: Dharma Talks or Videos
It is to be avoided. Lord Buddha had wanted the followers to take effort and git rid of it, monks and laypeople living together. It is indicated in AN 5.3.2.10 Catutthaanāgatabhayasuttaṃ [ https://tipitaka.org/romn/cscd/s0403m1.mul7.xml ]:
The detrimental effort of building what is shown in the video is taken by Pitiduwe Siridhamma, a con man who claims himself to be a Lord Buddha. I wrote an article in Sinhala nearly two years ago about that effort when they published a video about it:‘‘Puna caparaṃ, bhikkhave, bhavissanti bhikkhū anāgatamaddhānaṃ ārāmikasamaṇuddesehi saṃsaṭṭhā viharissanti. Ārāmikasamaṇuddesehi saṃsagge kho pana, bhikkhave, sati etaṃ pāṭikaṅkhaṃ – ‘anekavihitaṃ sannidhikāraparibhogaṃ anuyuttā viharissanti, oḷārikampi nimittaṃ karissanti, pathaviyāpi haritaggepi’. Idaṃ, bhikkhave, pañcamaṃ anāgatabhayaṃ etarahi asamuppannaṃ āyatiṃ samuppajjissati. Taṃ vo paṭibujjhitabbaṃ; paṭibujjhitvā ca tassa pahānāya vāyamitabbaṃ.

Great Dhamma talk series by Ven. Walpolagotama in the Sinhalese language.
I listened to many Dhamma talk by him and found there is a lot of Sutta discussion using his own experience.
