I'm not sure what you are asking. I will try to paraphrase and you can let me know if that's really your question.

I commit unwholesome actions all the time without realizing I am committing those actions. What is going to prevent me from committing those same unwholesome actions in the future?

If that is your question, I would say a combination of heedfulness and wisdom. Both of these are developed on the Noble Eightfold Path.

Going with "nothing". If you're not aware of what you've done and you're not aware that it's bad action, there is nothing to stop you from doing it.

"Right mindfulness" comes to mind. :smile:

But of course, if you are keeping right mindfulness, then you would be aware of what you are doing. If you are keeping right mindfulness, you would remember what is good and bad and remember to do the good and not the bad. But of course, to always keep right mindfulness is easier said than done sometimes. I guess that's why they call it "practice".
