Is conscious daydreaming or fantasizing unksillful?

Post by philosopher » Thu Feb 07, 2013 2:08 am

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if escaping into pleasurable daydreams is considered unskillful. My intuition tells me that it probably is since it detracts from conscious awareness of the present moment. Would daydreaming mindfully be more skillful?
